Lyrics: Thrive Worship – The King Is Coming
Verse 1
Let every eye be fixed
Upon King Jesus
Let every tribe and tongue
Prepare the way
Let every heart be filled
With expectation
Cause the King is coming
The King is coming
Pre Chorus 1
Open the doors up
Come let the light in
People get ready
Get ready to worship Him
Pre Chorus 2
Open the doors up
Come let the light in
People get ready
Bow down and worship Him
Chorus
We’re singing Holy
Is the Lord Our God almighty
Who was and is
And forever will be
Worthy
Of the honor and power and glory
Lift up your praise
And welcome Him
Cause the King is coming
Death and all his friends
Have been defeated
To hell with all our guilt
And all our shame
Let the people of the Lord
Shout out in triumph
The King is coming
The King is coming
Pre Chorus 1
Open the doors up
Come let the light in
People get ready
Get ready to worship Him
Pre Chorus 2
Open the doors up
Come let the light in
People get ready
Bow down and worship Him
Chorus
We’re singing Holy
Is the Lord Our God almighty
Who was and is
And forever will be
Worthy
Of the honor and power and glory
Lift up your praise
And welcome Him
Cause the King is coming
Turnaround
The King is coming
The King is coming
Bridge
Here comes the roar
As the Glory fills the skies
Thunder and lightning
As the heavens open wide
Sing Hallelujah
For the Lord is on the move
He’s coming back
He’s coming back
Tag
He’s coming back
He’s coming back
Chorus
We’re singing Holy
Is the Lord Our God almighty
Who was and is
And forever will be
Worthy
Of the honor and power and glory
Lift up your praise
And welcome Him

We’re singing Holy
Is the Lord Our God almighty
Who was and is
